Katie has been practicing yoga for 8 years, beginning yoga initially to complement other sports. As yoga became a part of her daily life, she realized the benefits of the practice beyond the physical, including the emotional, mental, and energetic. After a backpacking trip through South America, she took the opportunity to become an RYT 200 certified teacher. She is honored by the opportunity to share her interpretation of yoga with others. She seeks to specialize each session to the individuals in the class and likes to keep sequences fresh, new, and creative.
Victoria Evans obtained her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training through Main Street Yoga. She's adapted yoga as a lifestyle and loves to spread good health. Her beautiful teaching style has touched the hearts of many. She gets to know her customers on a deeper level to understand what they need in class. She's always learning and growing in her own practice so she can help those around her.
Anna, founder of Exhale Yoga, has been practicing yoga for over nine years and has been teaching for four; she has worked within the wellness industry for about nine and believes that great internal healing can come from a sound yoga practice. She says yoga saved her when she was going through some of the toughest times of her life. Her gift in working with people and helping them find healing and balance has brought her to a new level on her yoga journey. It's because of yoga's countless benefits she felt opening her own studio was the best way to reach the many people struggling from various health issues, such as: strained muscles, back injuries, depression, weight struggles, PTSD etc.
Anna's goal is to help bring balance, strength, and versatility to your routine.
She is a certified RYT 200, E-RYT 200 and has experience teaching, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation. She acquired her certification through Johnny Kest-Life Power Yoga. Her daily practice and participation in various educational materials and workshops keeps her on her toes with the growing yoga community.

Hollie Kolcz is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Main Street Yoga, in Manchester MI with Anna Deevers; with focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Slow Flow. Hollie volunteers her time to offer free, weekly yoga classes to students and staff in the Manchester Community School District. She also teaches at Exhale Yoga in Manchester, MI. She is a licensed counselor and uses many aspects of yoga, mindfulness, as well as meditation to help people with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other difficult life transitions.
